    * USERS AFFECTED: All QMF for TSO/CICS V11.1, V11.2 and V12.1  *
    *                 users.                                       *

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When running procedures which contain   *
    *                      bracketed literals or bracketed         *
    *                      variables which contain a hyphen, users *
    *                      may haveunpredictable results. If       *
    *                      setting a variable, the value will not  *
    *                      be set properly.                        *
    *                                                              *
    *                      In the following example an opening     *
    *                      bracketed value of slash asterisk will  *
    *                      be represented by '/#' and a closing    *
    *                      bracketed value of asterisk slash       *
    *                      will be represented by '#/'.            *
    *                                                              *
    *                      For example,                            *
    *                      when the following statement is run     *
    *                      from within a QMF procedure:            *
    *                      RUN MYPROC(ARG=(D=/#VAR-NAME D ==>      *
    *                      NOT-OK#/                                *
    *                      the value for variable D is not set at  *
    *                      all.))                                  *

    Module DSQCRCMT was corrected to properly process
    bracketed literals or variables contained in QMF procedures.
    Note that the same statements run from the QMF command line will
    be processed correctly.
