Error description

• USERS AFFECTED: Users of Enterprise COBOL V6.2 compiling
  programs with ZONEDATA(NOPFD|MIG), OPT(1|2), and ARCH(12) that
  move data from a PACKED-DECIMAL data item to a USAGE DISPLAY
  data item with fewer digits, and then from the first
  PACKED-DECIMAL data item to another with more digits than the
  USAGE DISPLAY data item.
  
  The compiler was incorrectly truncating to the size of the USAGE
  DISPLAY data item in a register that was reused as the source
  for the second MOVE statement.

• Compile at OPT(0).
