PH03682: PUBLISHER CLIENT FAILURE CAN CAUSE AN IMS CONNECT S602-0 ABEND

Error description

• If an IMS Connect Extensions Publisher client fails in such a
  way that it is unable to run its associated error recovery
  routines, the Publisher process running as part of the IMS
  Connect server can be at risk of an S602-0 abend. IMS Connect
  Extensions Publisher will utilize safe cross-memory post to
  notify Publisher clients of Publisher data availability making
  it more resilient to badly behaved Publisher clients.
