  A new utility of Common Services, The Resource Manager Structure
  Manager Structure utility is provided.
  The Resource Manager Structure utility is a batch utility that
  queries or deletes resources in the Resource Manager (RM)
  structure used by the IMS systems that are running in an
  IMSplex. The Resource Manager Structure utility accesses
  resources based on the specified resource types and names by
  using the IMS Common Service Layer (CSL). It then writes the
  results in a report. The Resource Manager Structure utility
  assists you to identify and delete resources that you no longer
  want in the Resource Manager.
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of RFE
  requirement 125942.
