• The following command completed without error, but the webserver

• add webServerHostName to the response file.
  

Problem summary

  Without a webServerHostName in the response file, the
  wctcmd command line tool does not create a web server
  configuration. This fix ensures that there is no need for
  a webServerHostName in the response file.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified to tolerate the absence of
  webServerHostName in the response file.
  
  This fix is targetted for inclusion in 8.5.5.15 and 9.0.0.10.
