Error description

• A s0c1 exception occurs on a bad branch out of IGZXXVIO after a
  'record not found' condition when doing a READ of a VSAM file.
  

Local fix

• Remove LE run-time  STOR(00,NONE,00)

  There is a logic error in the COBOL runtime when handling VSAM
  I/O error conditions, such as attempting to read a nonexistent
  record by key. The runtime uses DFSMS USER EXIT to handle I/O
  error conditions. There is a storage corruption when the EXIT
  is preparing STACK storage to start processing and the wrong
  storage size is being used. This leads to a subsequent ABEND.
  The corruption happens only when the STORAGE option is used.

Problem conclusion

• The code for the user exit to DFSMS by COBOL Runtime has been
  corrected.
