Collective repository dump operation excludes
sys.host.auth.info and sys.jmx.auth.info nodes.  This makes
it difficult for customer and support team to diagnose
issues.  We should include non-sensitive auth data and mask
sensitive data.

Problem conclusion

Add non-sensitive sys.host.auth.info and sys.jmx.auth.info
information to repository dump to help diagnose the problem.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
