Error description

• CM Batch or Compare run job changing a non-partitioned to
  partitioned tablespace generates the following:
  UTILFROM CNT filename.
     ADDPART(
     DISCARDDN(UTLDISC)
     )
     ADD(
     SORTNUM 8
     SORTDEVT SYSDA
     WORKDDN(UTLUT1,UTLOUT)
     ERRDDN(UTLERR)
     MAPDDN(UTLMAP)
     ENFORCE NO
     DISCARDS 0
     );
  The load statement, however, does not contain the parms
  'DISCARDDN UTILDISC':
  LOAD DATA INDDN...
  SORTNUM 8 SORTDEVT SYSDA WORKDDN(UTLUT1, UTLOUT) ERRDDN(UTLERR)
  MAPDDN(UTLMAP) ENFORCE NO DISCARDS 0
  This causes the LOAD to result in the following error:
  DSNU047I    158 13:33:01.97 DSNURELD - A REQUIRED DD CARD OR
  TEMPLATE IS MISSING. NAME=SYSDISC
  DSNU012I    158 13:33:03.25 DSNUGBAC - UTILITY EXECUTION

  When a load job is generated to change a non-partitioned
  tablespace to a partitioned one, the UTILFROM statement
  that has DISCARDDN in the ADDPART section (ADDPART(
  DISCARDDN(UTLDISC))) does not generate a 'DISCARDDN UTILDISC'
  parm in the Load statement, causing the Load job to fail with
  the DSNU047I error.
