Error description

• The fields associated with CMD_CODE_DBL of the IMS x'9904'
  record are not being formatted correctly. The first field value
  is being displayed as a FLAG value indicating the type of subset
  pointer command codes contained in the record. This is not
  correct, the fields associated with CMD_CODE_DBL are individual
  FLAG fields for each each subset pointer command code where each
  code is expressed as binary bit.
