Error description

• At OPT(2) the left-most leading zero is not suppressed in some
  cases, but leading zero is suppressed at OPT(0).

Problem summary

  When the sender had fewer digits than the receiver and the
  receiver's picture clause began with exactly one Z, the
  generated code was incorrectly setting the leftmost digit of
  the receiver to 0 instead of space.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was fixed to set the leftmost digits of the
  receiver to a space.
