PH00416: PROBLEM WITH CTRL+C, CTRL+V IN DATA ENTRY/ CURRENCY RATES

Error description

• Opened Group -> Data entry -> Currency rates, selected period
  - copied rates from an excel file with CTRL+C and put them in
  the rates table with CTRL+V (for me it worked properly, the
  customer claims it is not working for them)
  - after if only pressing CTRL or Shift the paste function is
  triggered
  - indeed, the copy/paste functions in the CCR menu are working
  properly and you can copy/paste a cell/column/table
  -also, CTRL+C and CTR:+V applied directly on a value from the
  table (Group -> Data entry -> Currency rates) is not working
  properly due to "if only pressing CTRL or Shift the paste
  function is triggered"
