• Fix various problems associated with PRECOPY and PSINDEX not
  registered to DBRC, also COPY-IF-NO-IMS-TARGET-DB(Y).

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND0C4 RC10 at GCLDBINF +1F0E when    *
  *                      IMSDBREFRESH command using PRECOPY.     *
  *                      GCLDNF67E message with return code 8    *
  *                      when IMSDBREFRESH command using         *
  *                      PRECOPY. DBRCOUT data set has the DBRC  *
  *                      commands only for the last DBD when     *
  *                      PRECOPY command processes multiple DBs  *
  *                      with COPY-IF-NO-IMS-TARGET-DB(Y).       *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR fixes the following problems;
  -IMSDBREFRESH command using PRECOPY terminates with ABEND0C4 at
   GCLDBINF +1F0E when COPY-IF-NO-IMS-TARGET-DB(Y) is specified in
   GCLIN DD and the PSINDEX databases do not exist on the target
   IMS.
  -IMSDBREFRESH command using PRECOPY terminates with RC=8 and
   message GCLDNF67E when COPY-IF-NO-IMS-TARGET-DB(Y) is specified
   in GCLIN DD and the databases do not exist on the target IMS.
  -DBRCOUT data set has the DBRC commands only for the last
   processed DBD when IMSDBREFRESH command using PRECOPY processes
   multiple databases and COPY-IF-NO-IMS-TARGET-DB(Y) is specified
   in GCLIN DD.
