OW22486: MSGFLM02000 SCLM PROMOTE THE AUDIT DATASET FOR FINAL LEVEL GROUPIN THE COPY PHASE (TO MANY EXTENDS)

Error description

• During SCLM Promote the audit dataset for the final level group
  in the copy phase not enougth space is available(to many extends
  ) SLCM goes into an endless loop where the same msg is written
  to the log DS. MSGFLM02000 error writing auditing information,
  code: 20 for the member an I/O error occured while writing the
  audit record to the primary auditing data set. MSGFLM01012 error
  updating accounting or cross-reference data set information code
  : 9 an I/O error occurred while writing the members accounting
  information and no attempt is made to write the dependency info.

  *                      the audit data set for the 'to' group   *

  Error message FLM02000 was being issued repeatedly on a Promote
  when the audit data set for the promote to group was full.
  In addition, STOW errors were not being properly handled for
  Migrate when the directory was full.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated source module FLMPCA so that the pointer to the list of
  members is moved to the next member whether or not an error has
  occurred.
  
  Updated return code processing in FLMCXUDI to properly handle
  STOW errors. Also updated link options for FLMCXUDI and
  FLMCXRDI.
