  that is not active.

  If zHyperLink writes are disabled for a data set, message
  IGW290I may be issued in response to the display command for
  that data set.
  The timestamp in the text for IGW290I reflects the time the
  data set was opened, or when the command-related zHyperLink
  write statistics were last reset (whichever is later).
  This timestamp should instead reflect the time that zHyperLink
  writes were disabled for the data set.
