  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: During a MCL upgrade SA AUTHW-autotasks *
  *                      could start using an unexpected high    *
  *                      amount of CPU.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  This issue is caused by a running operation while the IBM Z
  Support Element becomes suddenly unavailable.
  

Problem conclusion

• INGHWCOM/INGCHW00 is changed to handle this situation
  gracefully.
