All zAPM users that use AppDynamics to
track their applications.

Problem Description:
Users may encounter an 0C4 ABEND if
the AppDynamics header is longer than
expected.

Recommendation:
Apply PTF UJ94408

Problem Conclusion:
zAPM will not track applications with headers that are
different than expected. Code has been updated to properly
handle the length of the header.
