OA65616: FIX FOR INCORRECT ORDER OF INSTRUCTIONS IN ++HOLD

APAR status

• Closed as duplicate of another APAR.

Error description

• In the ++HOLD for APAR OA65000 and OA64319 the order of steps
  was incorrect.  The order should be:
  1. Install PTF
  2. Stop MQ QMGR regions using AGMQ TERM command
  3. Bring down CICS regions involved using AGMU STOP command.
  4. Bring down zAPM Container PROC
  5. Verifiy modules
  6. Update LNKLST
  7. APF authorize LNKLST
  8. Define new IBM MQ Monitoring subsystem
  9. Edit zAPM PROC's AGMAPARM DD
  10. Start zAPM PROC
  11. Initialize MQ QMGR using AGMQ INIT command
  12. Verify tracking is active for each MQ QMGR
  13. Start CICS regions using AGMU START command
  
  A new ++HOLD is included in APAR OA66548 / PTF UJ95356
