  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Z/OS DLA V310 using z/OS    *
  *                 Version 3 Release 1                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The z/OS DLA reads the incorrect        *
  *                      address of memory to discover and       *
  *                      generate idml books because some        *
  *                      offsets of internal copy books for      *
  *                      z/OS 3.1 are modified.                  *
  *                      This modification causes                *
  *                      the ZOSBASE idml book to contain        *
  *                      incorrect information.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  z/OS DLA discovers incorrect JES information from z/OS 3.1
  and generates an incorrect ZOSBASE report.
