APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the zDLA discovery job is run on z/OS, IZDSSUBI gets a 0E0
  abend when a subsystem is in the process of coming up.
  

Local fix

• Re-run the zDLA discover job.

  An ABEND0E0 can occur while IZDSSUBI discovers information from
  running address spaces when these address spaces are not ready
  or terminates during that time of discovery.
  Because the ABEND is not recovered, zOS DLA discovering
  terminates earlier than expected, and abend 0E0 is percolated.
  

Problem conclusion

• z/OS DLA will recover from ABEND0E0 and will continue to
  discover information that is available.
