Error description

• HOD 14.0.4: When performing a file transfer in a VT session with
  SSH protocol  the file transfer does not get processed.
  
  Instead the user gets a message prompt to sign into the FTP
  server.

  In VT session, with embedded File transfer, using SSH protocol,
  when we attempt to transfer file from host to client. It fails
  with the error message.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes have been made to fix the issue.
