  New function introduced in IBM Z OMEGAMON Data Provider:
  1. Support for more monitoring agents:
     -  MQ: IBM OMEGAMON for Messaging on z/OS 7.5
     -  Networks: IBM Z OMEGAMON Network Monitor 5.6
     -  Storage: IBM OMEGAMON for Storage on z/OS 5.5
  
  2. OMEGAMON Data Connect:
     -  Filter include files enable you to store filters
        separately from the main configuration file.
     -  Instana support: embedded filter include file
        specifically for Instana.
     -  Conditional filters for each table: only send records
        that meet the condition.
     -  New Kafka output parameters:
        -  To send attributes to a separate Kafka topic for
           each table
        -  To retry connection after timeout
     -  Attributes support refreshed to include new
        attributes introduced by monitoring agents.
     -  Attribute dictionary: a set of YAML files that
        describe all supported attributes.
  3. OMEGAMON Data Broker:
     -  Serviceability improvements.
