Error description
Chinese users are not able to input text in their HOD session with 037 United States Host Code page and Chinese system locale. Similarly, USA users are not able to enter text in their HOD session with 1388 PRC (Simplified Chinese) Host Code page and English system Locale. The same above behavior occurs under the HOD 14.0.4 refresh pack.
