  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * - VSAM RACF data sets can not be shared.                     *
  * - VSAM RACF data sets can not be used in a SYSPLEX           *
  * environment.                                                 *
  * - VSAM RACF data sets can not be SMS managed.                *
  * - VSAM RACF data sets can not be encrypted.                  *
  * - VSAM data sets can not be used in a multi-data set (split) *
  * RACF database.                                               *
  * - IRRUT200 PARM=RENAMEACTIVATE sometimes fails to undo the   *
  * data set rename operations in certain error situations.      *
  * - Detection of incorrect VSAM data set attributes may result *

• - VSAM RACF data sets can be shared.  When sharing a RACF VSAM
  data set, all systems sharing the RACF data sets must be in the
  same Global Resource Serialization (GRS) complex.
  - VSAM RACF data sets can be used in a SYSPLEX environment.
  - VSAM RACF data sets can be SMS managed.
  - VSAM RACF data sets can be encrypted.
  - VSAM data sets can be used in a multi-data set (split) RACF
  database.
  - IRRUT200 PARM=RENAMEACTIVATE is successfully able to undo the
  data set rename operations in certain error situations.
  - Detection of incorrect VSAM data set attributes no longer
  results in erroneous messages.
