Error description
CDP v5.1 POST GA: Main Feature: - Generate consistent record IDs between SYSLOG and OPERLOG data. - log4j.properties update for SDE. - Make cookie invalid after logout configuration tool. - Make consistent USS file permission between DS and LF. Key Defects Fixed: - JVMDUMP039I reported by SDE when it is not correctly configured with SSL parameters to Kafka. - Abnormal behavior when data collector can't connect to the kafka server. If cdp-collector is running and kafka is not connectable, it will collect data and try to send again and again resulting in an out of memory condition. If cdp-collector starts when the kafka server is down, then it will try only once. - SDE shutdown on z/OS 2.5 experience S0c4-38 abend. - Update the version to 510 in HBOCFGA.

The incorrect SSL connection parameter will cause a java thread of SDE to abend. - Abnormal behavior when data collector can't connect kafka server. If cdp-collector is runnning and kafka is not connectable, it will collect data and try to send again and again then cause out of memory. If cdp-collector start when the kafka server down, then it will try only once. The connection process of data collector will be enhanced to prevent the out of memory with a reasonable retry process. - SDE shutdown on z/OS 2.5 experience S0c4-38 abend. The HBOZIP00 needs to be updated for z/OS 2.5. - Update the version to 510 in HBOCFGA. The version info in HBOCFGA is not updated to 510.
Problem conclusion
CDP v5.1 is updated to add the new features and fix the key defects above.
