  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: December 2021 Serviceability and        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that all users install     *
  *                 this PTF and the related fixpack V5.1.0.2    *
  *                 for the IBM Z Anomaly Analytics with         *
  *                 Watson and/or for IBM Z Operational Log      *
  *                 and Data Analytics.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  The following changes have been made:
  
    (1) This PTF provides improved support for complex networking
        configurations during the setup of the Problem Insights
        server.
  
    (2) This PTF provides a new '-version' subcommand for the
        Problem Insights server analysis.sh script to simplify
        collection of product version information for IBM
        Support.
  
    (3) See the READMEs for Fix Pack 5.1.0.2 for IBM Z Anomaly
        Analytics with Watson and IBM Z Operational Log and Data
        Analytics for details of updates delivered in that
        package.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IBM Z Analytics Base components in IBM Z Anomaly Analytics
  with Watson and IBM Z Operational Log and Data Analytics are
  updated to introduce the improvements described above.
