• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When Japanese user access HODMain_ja.html and try to use
  HODCachedDebug_ja.html, they are redirected to the "Error
  occurred. Contact your administrator" web page. Accessing other
  HOD HTMLs in the HOD main page works fine. Other symptoms the
  link to HOD Launcher is not working. The JNLP file isn't
  loading.
  Accessing http://localhost/hod/HODCachedDebug.html no problem.
  Accessing http://localhost/hod/HODCachedDebug_ja.html redirects
  to "Error occurred. Contact your administrator"
  This is mapping issue on jnlp properties file.
  

Local fix

• None. Permanent solution will be applied to the next fix pack of
  HOD.
