  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: June 2021 Continuous Delivery Updates   *
  *                         and Cumulative Service               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that all users install     *
  *                 this PTF and the associated fixpack          *
  *                 V4.1.0.6  for IBM Z Operations Analytics    *
  *                 Insight Pack.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  The following changes have been made:
  
     (1) This PTF provides a new CICS scorecard that is CICS
         region based, which replaces the existing CICS
         scorecard that is transaction based.
  
     (2) This PTF provides improved read and write performance
         from and to the enterprise data warehouse by
         restructuring how score results are stored there
  
     (3) This PTF provides improved serviceability by adding
         a log file that contains the IBM Z Operations
         Analytics, Watson Machine Learning for z/OS, Apache
         Spark and Python versions in use.
  
     (4) This PTF provides easier configuration by
         consolidating the Watson Machine Learning for z/OS
         host and port configuration parameters and changing
         the parameter names to use terminology
         consistent with Watson Machine Learning for z/OS
  
     (5) This PTF uplifts the levels of open source
         software to more current levels.
  
     (6) This PTF provides the following message improvements:
           - Reworded error messages produced by the machine
                learning base code, assigned message IDs to these
                messages and documented them in IBM Documentation.
  
           - Reworded many machine learning CLI messages,
                assigned many CLI messages message IDs and
                documented the CLI messages in the IBM
                Documentation.
  
     (7) This PTF repackaged Insight Pack and mlbase code and
         resources into the correct jar
  
     (8) See the README for IZOA insight pack fixpack 4.1.0.6
         for details of updates delivered in that package.
  

Problem conclusion

• IZOA v4.1 is updated to introduce new features and fix the key
  problems described above
