Error description

• NEW FUNCTION.
  
  JES2 is reducing its usage of 31-bit storage by making the
  infrastructure changes necessary to create and maintain JES2
  checkpoint structures in 64-bit storage.  JES2 has moved the
  JES2 Track Group Map (TGM) to 64-bit storage, validating
  the infrastructure changes and reducing JES2 31-bit storage
  usage.

  structures. JES2 will reduce 31-bit storage usage so more
