OA60902: DS1IND80 OFF ON LAST VOLUME AFTER IEC614I EXTEND FAILED DIAG CODE (04034379) AND IEC032I E37-08

Error description

• When extending to a new volume, EOV will turn the DS1IND80 (last
  volume indicator) bit off in the F1/F8 DSCB, however if the
  extend fails with:
  
  IEC614I EXTEND FAILED - RC 000, DIAG INFO IS (04034379)
  IEC032I E37-08,IFG0554P,...,04034379
  
  Then DS1IND80 is left off on the last volume.
  
  This can cause a problem if DS1IND80 or DEBEOF is referenced on
  the last volume after the problem occurs.
  If using CA Datacom, an ABEND 413-1C will occur on the next OPEN
  of the data set.
  

Local fix

• contact support for a ZAP to turn the bit back on
