Error description

• After upgrading Chrome browser to version 86.0.4240.111 HOD
  Launcher no longer works as expected.HOD Launcher keeps on
  getting launched in an infinite loop causing the end user to
  see the browser popup constantly and hence it requires the
  user's interaction to close the popup (repeatedly)

  With Google Chrome version 86.0.4240.111 and accessing HOD page
  using HOD Launcher, error message gets displayed in browser
  console continuously.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code change has been made to fix this issue.
  
  Fix included in HOD 12.0.7, HOD 13.0.5, HOD 14.0.3.
