      The following changes have been made:
  
      (1) This PTF provides the following Problem Insights user
      interface enhancements:
      - Ability to zoom into more detailed views of a subsystem
        scorecard.
      - Ability to filter subsystem scorecard rows by anomaly
        level.
  
      (2) This PTF provides the ability to send alerts to an
      external event management system when customer-configured
      KPIs become anomalous.
  
      (3) This PTF also significantly enhances the usability and
      reliability of the Z Operations Analytics machine learning
      system:
      - Status tracking of setup steps to ensure that already
        completed tasks are not re-executed.
      - Re-prompt during setup when invalid responses are
        provided.
      - Provide the ability to monitor training and scoring task
        status from the command line interface.
  
      (4) Additionally, this PTF contains the following defect
      fixes:
      - Uplifts WebSphere Liberty Profile to v20.0.0.6
      - Uplifts Apache Commons Codec to v1.14
      - Resolves security vulnerabilities
      - Improve handling of Spark properties in the continuous
        scoring agent
      - Fixes score calculation errors
      - Fixes error in SMF definitions for A_KC_T_TRAN_T
      - Fixes hard-coded paths to Python executable in
        Z OperationsAnalytics machine learning CLI
  

Problem conclusion

•     IZOA v4.1 is updated to introduce new features and fix the
      key problems described above
