Error description

• Certificate management panels do not handle dataset names
  correctly when TSO PROFILE NOPREFIX is in effect and quotes are
  omitted.

• Enclose dataset name within quotes.

  *                      cases where the TSO PROFILE NOPREFIX    *

  When the TSO PROFILE NOPREFIX setting is in effect, several
  zSecure Admin digital certificates functions (like 'Export
  certificate', 'Generate certificate request', 'Add or update
  existing digital certificate') do not honor that setting and
  generate data set names with a profile prefix so that
  corresponding RACF commands fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin has been modified so that the RACF digital
  certificates functions generate proper data set names in cases
  where the TSO PROFILE NOPREFIX option is in effect.
