  - Case TS002529414 HBO6085E malformed record detected from
  NetView splitter (70939)
  - UI allows more than 12 characters when specifying data source
  name - zLF(70378)

  *                      from NetView splitter.                  *
  *                      - Config tool allows more than 12       *
  *                      characters when specifying data source  *
  *                      name.                                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *

  - HBO6085E malformed record detected from NetView splitter.
  The data streamer needs to be updated to remove the netview
  splitter since log forwarder will send pre-split data.
  
  - Config tool allows more than 12 characters when specifying
  data source name.
  The Config tool allows configuring a data source name more than
  12 characters which will cause the log forwarder to terminate.
  

Problem conclusion

• CDP v1.1 Common Data Handler have been updated to solve the
  problem.
