  This APAR installs the code that allows JES2 policies to be
  saved in the JES2 checkpoint and to be available on all
  members of the JES2 MAS.

  CLPA is needed only if HASCxxxx modules currently reside in
  the pageable link pack area (PLPA).
  
  After code for this APAR is installed, $POLICY IMPORT
  command will save JES2 policy in the checkpoint and will
  make the policy available to all members of the JES2 MAS.
  Management of the JES2 policies via different options of
  the $POLICY command can be done from any member of MAS.
  
  JES2 checkpoint may need to be expanded to accommodate
  new structures required in the JES2 checkpoint to store
  JES2 policies. The structures will be created automatically
  as soon as JES2 checkpoint has sufficient space.
  
  Refer to Chapter 74, "JES2 policies", in z/OS Version 2
  Release 4 JES2 Installation Exits (SA32-0995-40) for the
  description of the JES2 policies.
