Error description
Customer reports after migrating to 2.3 their ECSA allocated for TCP/IP appears to be increased, from about 70k to 12M It appears in 2.3 the PDSE object PMAR (Program Management Attribute Record) indicates the module requires more storage than the LLFP area (linear format fetch parameter list) LLFP_PRIMAREA_LEN (segment length). The above mismatch leads to loader issuing reason code 26210057 ( LDRRS_PRIMAREA_SHORT )
Local fix
For the above reported scenario, using command: SETPROG LPA,ADD,MOD=(mmmmmmmm),DSN=LNKLST (without PPPAGE) will allow the load to work.
