OA54827: EDM FLAG NOT TURNED OFF WHEN HSM RECYCLES A VOLUME

Error description

• When TVEXTPURGE(EXPIRE) is specified in parmlib a volume's EDM
  flag is not turned off when the volume is recycled by HSM.
  This means that EXPROC processing will not return the volume to
  scratch.
