Error description

• An ABEND0C4 can be experienced in module ICYPGAD when Media
  Manager attempts to access control blocks that have been freed
  after calling the user's DIE exit.
  
  Abends have been seen in:
  
  - ICYPGAD offset +F0C; R2 Storage (MMIB) had been freed
  - ICYPGAD (+27E IN ICYPGAD 220 UA92612)
  
  CATKEYS: MM2017 MMABEND ABEND0C4-11

Problem conclusion

• code which is executed after calling a user die exit from
