APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using the zSecure UI with a RACF database in self-connect mode
  (using CKNSERVE) as an input, copying a user and selecting
  option "Specify unique segment data", the copy fails with error:
  CKR0380 12 Action for user <userid>  requested, but userid not
  defined
  

Local fix

• Don't use self-connect mode to access the RACF DB.

  When a "COPY USER" action applied against a profile that resides
  in the RACF database accessed via the zSecure Services for
  remote data access ('C' line command) and the "Specify unique
  segment data" option is checked on the C2RP3UC@ ISPF panel,
  zSecure Admin issues MSGCKR0380 which begins with the text
  "Action for user <user> requested, but userid not defined".
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin has been modified so that MSGCKR0380 is not issued
  in cases where a "COPY USER" action is applied to a profile
  accessed via the zSecure Services for remote data access.
