Error description

• When the PFA check PFA_COMMON_STORAGE_USAGE issues an exception,
  the list of address spaces that had the most recent increase
  may be missing from the exception report.

  When the PFA check PFA_COMMON_STORAGE_USAGE issued an
  exception, the list of address spaces that had the most
  recent increase was missing from the exception report.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed so that the report includes the address
  spaces that have recently increased their common storage
  usage the most.
