Error description

  • If the number of index levels in an RLS KSDS increases and that
index is subsequently extended to a new volume (without either
an intervening CLOSE or extension), the index level information
will become out of sync in the VVR. Subsequent uses of EXAMINE
against a dataset in this condition will result in an IDC11700I
    message that states:

"HIGH-LEVEL INDEX STRUCTURE IS NOT UNIQUE"

IDCAMS VERIFY will not correct this problem.
