• SYSTEM ABEND S40D REASON CODE 10 in RTM2 and other abends with
  reason codes indicating a shortage of extended private storage.
  Omegamon address space CANSDSST abended with Abend code S40D
  and these messages:

  SYSTEM ABEND S40D - REASON CODE 10
  Customer sees REASON CODE 10 to mean "No storage was available
  in either the local system queue area (LSQA) or the extended
  local system queue area (ELSQA) for the RTM2WA.

  A freemain of the previous collection cycles cache data
  was failing when executed under a different TCB.
  

Problem conclusion

• Freemain now executes under the original TCB that owns the
  cache statistics data.
