Error description
Name lookup for new email message's to Field Showing only First name and last name instead of internet address. When users are using Notes 853, after hitting enter on the desired type ahead, the To: field shows the internet address only normally. 2) When the user's upgraded to 901, After hitting on the desired type-ahead, the To: field shows only the First name and Last name. Then when they hit the F9 with the first name and Last Name in the To: field, it will change to Firstname Lastname <internet address> Customer's Environment 1) Disabled Recent Contacts 2) Domino Primary Directory affected. 3) Also using a Domino Directory Assistance ( DA using pernames.ntf as secondary directories ) which is also affected
Local fix
From the secondary directory, change the user's email to fname,lastname <email> and it will show the correct format in the To: field
