LO88304: XPAGES: IME CANDIDATE LIST ISSUE IN CKEDITOR WITH A HARDWARE KEYBOARD CONNECTED TO IOS DEVICE

Error description

• When inputting Japanese text into ckeditor with a hardware
  keyboard connected to iOS device, IME candidate list is shown
  in the upper display area. It should be shown under text cursor.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Connect a hardware keyboard to iOS device.
  2. Open discussion database with Safari, and create a new
  document.
  3. Input Japanese text into the text field.
  -> IME candidete list is shwon under the text cursor.
  4. Open xpage application including ckeditor with Safari, and
  create a new document.
  5. Input Japanese text into ckeditor.
  -> IME candidate list is shown in the upper display area.
  
  That behavior is reproduced in CKEditor demo site, so this can
  be thought of ckeditor issue in iOS.
