Error description
- Notes 901 FP2 is being installed via Symantec CMS push on brand new Windows 7 32-bit PCs - Installation fails 25% of the time - NSD and kill logs didn't contain much, but L2 was able to find this error: Java Version : JVMJ9VM019E Unrecoverable error: Unable to find and initialize required class java/lang/Object - Data\workspace\logs folder didn't contain any error/trace logs - Notes runs fine in basic mode
Local fix
1) Run Notes in Basic mode 2) Exit Notes, Copy the Notes JVM Folder from a working multi-user installation over the existing JVM folder, and restart Notes 3) Exit Notes, Delete the JVM Folder, have CMS push the client to same machine again, and once comepleted, restart Notes 4) Exit Notes, have CMS push the client to same machine again, and once completed, restart Notes
