Error description

• Steps to reproduce using german Notes on german OS:
  
  - Create an *.xls or *.xlsx file with formatted cells they
  contains the weekday
  and the date
  - Attach the files on a new memo and send it to yourself or an
  other person or
  save it as Draft
  - Open the files using MS Excel, Symphony, Open Office or so on
  choosing 'Open'
  - Notice: The file will be displayed correct with german
  weekdays (example:
  Montag, Dienstag...) and german date format (dd.mm.yyyy)
  
  - open the same files choosing option 'View'. The weekday will
  be changed to
  english (example: Monday, Thuesday...)
  
  - Expected is that it will be displayed in german format cause
  the OS and the
  Notes client is in german.
  - If you open the same files on Mac OS X with Notes and choose
  'View' the date
  format will be also changed to english
