APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Mismatch between the No.of unread docs shown in Inbox and the
No.of documents selected through Ctrl+A in unread only view.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1.make sure that there is a mix of read and unread documents
in your inbox.You can create 32 docs out of which 27 are
unread and five are read.

2.Open the mail file in the iNotes.

3.You will find that at Inbox No.of unread mails are
shown as Inbox(27).

4.Now,Go to show>unread only.

5.Select the documents through CTRL+A.You will find that
it will show the count 32 at the top which is actually
read+unread docs count.

This should be 27.

To Work around this:

Press shift and then select documents
with up arrow ,then it counts the exact No. of
unread documents and shows proper count for
unread docs.
