LO61066: JAPANESE EDITION: "HOLIDAYS" DOCUMENTS IS NOT UPDATED

Error description

• Japanese edition: "Holidays" documents set as "Custom" for
  Japanese holiday is not updated although these "Holidays"
  documents of International English edition is updated.
  
  For example, "Holidays" document for "Umi-no-hi" is set as
  "Custom" at "Repeat:".
  
  Following "Repeat Dates:" are set in "Holidays" document for
  "Umi-no-hi" of f International English edition (8.5.2).

  edition are set up to 2016 (10 Years from 2007).

  - Midori-no-hi
  - Kodomo-no-hi
  - Bunka-no-hi
  - Kinroukansha-no-hi
  - Tennou-tanjyou-bi
  
  
  Although "Yearly" repeat holidays documents are set up to 2016,
  "Custom" repeat holidays documents have data only  up to 2011,
  All holidays documents ("Custom" repeat documents and "Yearly"
  repeat documents) should be have data up to 2016.
