Error description
Customer has error when archiving to Novell network drive with Windows 7. Customer also has Symantec AV is Endpoint Protection, version 11.0.4202.75. Novell version is client 2, SP1 for Windows 7. Unable to reproduce due to lack of Novell and Symantec software availability. Advised customer I will create SPR in case future customers run into same issue with similar configuration. Error message: This database is currently in use by another person or process, and cannot be accessed at this time. In order to share a Notes database, it must be accessed via a Domino Server by all users of the database. Customer states issue did not occur on Windows XP. Multiple factors including OS and network drive, but we still recommend and support archiving to Server or Local only per technote # 1086958.
