Error description

  • 06/06 EKUO COMMENTS:
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    (1) Schedule a meeting to start 5 minutes from now and have the
    alarm for it
trigger 0 minutes in advance. Send it to an
    invitee.

                                               (2) Invitee proposes
    a new time --
change the time to be 2 hours from the original scheduled
    time.
    (3) Chair receives the counter proposal and accepts
    it.

    (4) Wait for
about 5 minutes and the alarm should trigger for the original
    time even though
there is no entry in the $alarms view for the original time.

Set alarm to go off 10 minutes before meeting. Send out
    invitation for 3:30pm.
Have invitee send a counter for 4:00pm. Accept the counter. The
    calendar
reflects a 4pm appointment, but the alarm goes off at 3:20, and
    does not go off
    at 3:50.

Local fix

  • Ignore the first alarm, create a dummy appointment to cause an
    alarm to go off
    at the desired time.
