Error description

  • Open the iNotes user's mailfile via a browser
Select the Preferences and on the first tab Basics/G n ral
    select the option
"Show documents one page at a time / (faster load time"

Customer would like this option set by default, so all his users
    will have this
set in the preferences and have a faster load time. Prob. it
    should be in the
configuration document. He was also asking if it could be
    enabled somehow via
    the console.

Currently if a customer wants to make this performance
    enhancement for his
users it is necessary to do it manually for all machines, and
    not possible to
increase DWA performance otherwise for all users in this way.

Local fix

  • Configure iNotes preferences manually.
